Description: The time, in seconds, that it takes an RTG spreader to complete one operational cycle. An operational cycle is to lift a container from truck or yard (fetch) position, place it into stow (put), and return the spreader back to the starting location. Not applicable for ASCs or straddles.
For example, an RTG fetch/drop value of 120 (seconds) indicates that an RTG can move 30 containers per hour from the same yard section.
